Four Café is a neighborhood restaurant built around fresh, seasonal cooking.
Four Café has been rooted in Eagle Rock since 2010 — built not from a business plan, but from a backyard garden and a belief that food should make you feel as good as it tastes.
Chef Michelle Wilton started cooking these dishes at home, feeding her family with meals that were balanced, seasonal, and made from scratch. When customers kept asking where they could get the food, Four Café was born.
The name means what it says: four seasons, four menus a year. Every quarter we rotate our dishes to reflect what's actually good right now — not what's convenient, but what's fresh and at its peak. That's meant kabocha squash in the fall, watermelon in the summer, and root vegetables roasted slow through the winter.
Fifteen years in, we're still in Eagle Rock, still making everything from scratch, still using organic and non-GMO ingredients when we can. We haven't taken shortcuts because we don't believe in them.
Come in. Eat well.
— Chef Michelle Wilton, Founder
