New Year, New Winter Menu

← Back to News

January has a particular energy — people are motivated, thoughtful about what they're eating, and craving food that makes them feel good without being punishing about it. We love cooking for that mood. Our winter menu leans into clean, bright flavors: citrus, fresh herbs, lean proteins, and a lot of vegetables treated with care.

We don't do "detox" food. We do delicious food that happens to be really good for you. There's a difference, and we think you can taste it.

Highlights from the Winter Menu

Our citrus-herb salmon is one of the dishes we're most proud of right now. Wild-caught salmon, pan-seared and finished with a blood orange reduction, served over white bean purée with shaved fennel and micro herbs. It sounds fussy but it eats clean and light.

The winter grain bowl has been flying out of the kitchen. Black rice, roasted cauliflower, pickled cabbage, avocado, a soft-boiled egg, and our house green goddess dressing. It's filling, it's colorful, it's genuinely satisfying. We've had regulars come in every week specifically for it.

We've also added a lemon-herb roasted chicken that's simple on paper but deeply flavorful — brined overnight, roasted at high heat, finished with fresh thyme and lemon zest. Served with root vegetable mash and broccolini.

What Stays the Same

We rotate the menu seasonally but keep our best-loved dishes running year-round. Our classic grass-fed burger, the tuna melt, the avocado toast — those aren't going anywhere. The seasonal menu layers on top of the foundation, giving you something new to explore while keeping the familiar anchors in place.

We're open every day noon to 8pm at 2122 Colorado Blvd in Eagle Rock. Come try the new menu — we think you'll be happy you did.
